We are a Group of 120 small businesses that have been caught up in these Telco/Finance scams.
There could be as many as 40,000 small businesses affected by these scams and these small businesses are being indebted by amounts ranging from $5000 up to $380,000. 

Our plan is to find and unite as many as possible, fund a test case in the Federal Court, attract Media attention to this problem, and get Politicians to act and outlaw these scams. The test case will set a precedent for everyone to use and win their own case. 

None of us can win as individuals, and none of us can fight against the unlimited resources of some of these finance companies.
