What you don’t know is that it is illegal for telco and finance companies to work in collusion. It is also illegal for the telco to not inform you that you are signing up for 5 years’ worth of debt with a finance company and it is certainly illegal for telcos to be signing contracts on the behalf of the finance company.
Make no mistake, these telco and finance companies target small businesses in every industry. Many people have fallen victim to this scam, smart people who are busy trying to run their businesses who were out-smarted to cunning, dishonest people who don’t mind breaking the law.
