The companies in question go bankrupt and start over again so up until now it’s been impossible to track the companies down and prove it.
There’s too many telco and finance companies for the legal system to keep up to them. Each case is always different in some way.
Now it’s different.
The ACCC are taking certain parties to the Federal court and it will be completed soon.
